Error message: Account does not exist when trying to login into the backup software, but client account is in the portal. Error coming after re-installing the backup software on a new server.

Please check that the given settings are same as mentioned:

Go to Edit C:\Program Files\OBM PRO\custom.xml and make sure the line **backup-server protocol="https" hostname="direct2.secure-backuponline.com" port="443" />
Kindly do the above and it should work.

Note : You need to check the destination server on which backup files are being stored and enter the host name according to the destination where client’s backup is going.
