How to Manage Provider Storage

This article will help you to manage your Cloudberry provider storage. With help of this article you can add / delete storage to provider account.

1. Login to Portal via https://securesitecontrol.com.

2. Go to Cloudberry Unlimited section.

3. You can see new menu called "Providers"

4. You can see the list of Providers you have.

5. Click on Action -> Manage Storage

6. It will open a modal of the storage which you can manage to your provider. You can see that it will allows you to Delete / Add the storage.

7. If you do not see Manage storage option as per above screen then please contact to support for enable it.

8. Note : You can not delete the storage if you have active users using that storage in your MSP Console. So before delete any storage from the provider you must need to delete users / de-attached storage from the users
