Exchange DNS Settings

*Only amend the DNS Zone of your Domain Once you have created the mailboxes/Orgs on the portal, otherwise mail may be lost during the transition to hosted Exchange.

*Please note that there will be few other records in the DNS panel that are not related to Email services. Do not touch / make change changes to any of them since it may result in website resolving issues. Records like WWW or FTP should be left alone and doesn't require any changes. This document only list the records that needs to included or amended.
